- How much does shipping cost?

Order and Payment
- Can I cancel my order after I placed it? Or Can I change the size/color or type of products I ordered?
Yes, You can. You have had up to 12 hours to cancel or edit your order since the time your order was confirmed, please contact us at cs@customuni.com as soon as you change your mind.
If it is over 12 hours, it is too late for you and our Customer Support Team to cancel/edit your order. If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid through PayPal within 5 working days
- I have an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
Please contact us within 12 hours since your order was confirmed through cs@customuni.com and send us your name, order ID and the item you want to update. We are happy to change it for you
- What should I do if I have got a faulty order?

- What is your currency?
All of our products are in US Dollar. If you pay foreign currency, the difference will reflect in your account.
